These mice were for an illustration project and were my first venture into printmaking, and are woodcuts. The style is attempting to mimic a Victorian Storybook in feel, and I hope to continue the series this fall as I continue printmaking.
This was my second piece, a mouse holding a reed as he looks out across the water.
Next to come, my favorite subject, the luna moth.
